Order Cancellation

All orders are eligible for cancellation prior to shipment. If payment has been processed and you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 30 minutes of purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer feasible.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item purchased online at ZALZALA, we offer a hassle-free return policy allowing you to return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition, complete with the original tags attached. Please note that personalised items and gift boxes are non-returnable.

For any concerns regarding your order satisfaction, please reach out to our support team, who will endeavour to assist you promptly. Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses.

Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of order receipt. Please initiate this process by sending a message through our Contact Us page.

If your order fails to arrive due to factors under your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, a refund will not be issued.
