We are pleased to provide international shipping services. Nevertheless, there are certain destinations to which we are unable to ship. Should your location fall within this category, we will promptly notify you.

Lost/Missing Parcel

ZALZALA bears no responsibility for errors resulting from an incorrect address provided during the checkout process. We kindly request that you ensure the accuracy of your billing and shipping address prior to finalising your order.

In the event of an error on our part, we will assume full responsibility for rectifying the original order at no additional cost to you.

Customs

We disclaim responsibility for any customs fees incurred once items have been shipped. By proceeding with the purchase of our products, you acknowledge and consent that one or more packages may be delivered to you, potentially subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor its progress.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For certain shipping providers, it may take 1-5 business days for tracking information to reflect in the system. If your order was placed over 5 business days ago and there is no tracking information available, please reach out to us for assistance.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical purposes, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, despite any specified preferences for combined shipping.
